WHERE WE LIVE
A FILM SERIES
Where We Live is a series of films, created by David and Hi-Jin Hodge, that explore the modern human habitat around the globe.
While composed of multiple films with different approaches, Where We Live strives to give a full snapshot of a world in crisis. It shows how 50 years of urban and suburban planning has resulted in an environment that is often hostile to human health, societal cohesion, and a safe and healthy planet. At the same time, the films are also hopeful, bringing to the surface simple and not so simple decisions that people and political leaders could take to move towards a healthier and more equitable world.
